Dan has worked in the earthmoving and civil construction industry for over 30 years and has gained experience in a wide variety of works. As well as being the director of the company, one of Dans day to day roles is that of a working supervisor. Dan enjoys passing on his knowledge, experience and skills to his staff as well as challenging his operators. He believes that challenging his employees leads to them becoming more confident and producing a higher quality of work.

Phil is an NZCE qualified civil engineer, with over 25 years of industry experience. Phil has gained extensive experience in a range of civil engineering applications including bridge construction, installation of deep foundations (bored/sheet/timber/screw), pavement construction and large-scale earthmoving projects. Alongside his role of business manager Phil is also the lead project manager at Slick Civil.
