Dan has worked in the earthmoving and civil construction industry for over 30 years and has gained experience in a wide variety on a number of large civil projects both on New Zealand and Australia. As well as being the director of the company, Dans day to day roles is that of a working supervisor. passing on his knowledge, experience and skills operating plant & machinery to his staff as well as challenging his operators. He believes that challenging his employees leads to them becoming more confident and producing a higher quality of work.

Philip is an NZCE qualified civil engineer, with over 25 years of civil project management and site experience. Philip has gained extensive experience in a range of civil engineering applications including Landfill management and design, bridge construction, Piling of deep foundations (bored/sheet/timber/screw), Roading and subdivision construction and large-scale earthmoving projects. Airport pavement construction and Mine establishment works in Australia. Alongside his role of business manager Philip is also the lead project manager at Slick Civil ltd
